Due to the custom nature of our branding, design, and creative services, our general policy is that we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. Project-specific commercial terms will be agreed between the agency and client before commencement.
If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has commenced, a refund of any initial deposit may be provided minus any administrative or processing fees. If work has commenced, the client will be billed for the pro-rata value of the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
We work closely with our clients during the 'Refine' stage of our process to ensure the final deliverables meet the agreed creative direction. Revisions are provided as per the specific project contract. Refunds are not provided for differences in creative preference once the agreed process has been followed.
